ABOUT LICKIMAT
LickiMat is an Australian-owned company that started life with a mission to improve the oral health any hygiene of companion animals across the country.
The LickiMat founders worked with two veterinarians to design a unique textured bowl that promoted a dog's natural licking behaviour. The licking action promoted by the textured rubber on the surface of the bowl was designed to help produce saliva production and scrap bacteria from the surface of the tongue.
The added benefit was the calming nature of the licking behaviour, leading LickiMat to become a preferred choice for a range of training and feeding scenarios.
