‘Fundraiser’ means the individual, business or organisation hosting the Project Underdog Rescue Donation Box.
Fundraisers do not represent Project Underdog Rescue but are acting on their own behalf to raise funds that will be forwarded to Project Underdog Rescuer. A fundraiser has no power to bind Project Underdog Rescue in any manner whatsoever or to take any action or do any act or thing in the name of Project Underdog Rescue. Fundraisers must make this clear in all dealings with the public, sponsors and supporters.
Project Underdog Rescue is the sole beneficiary of the monies raised as a result of hosting the Donation Box and promotional material provided.
The Fundraiser agrees that it is solely responsible for the organisation, management and conduct of the Donation Box and any associated costs and liabilities. It warrants that the Donation Box will be promoted and conducted by the Fundraiser in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
The fundraiser agrees that should they no longer wish to host the donation box that they will contact Project Underdog Rescue without delay so that Project Underdog Rescue can arrange for a representative to remove the donation box.
The fundraiser agrees that should the donation box end up lost or stolen that they will notify Project Underdog Rescue without delay and take every effort to locate the donation box.
Project Underdog Rescue may withdraw consent to the Fundraiser in its absolute discretion at any time if it considers it necessary to protect the reputation of the Project Underdog Rescue. Project Underdog Rescue is not required to provide reasons for its decision. If consent is withdrawn, all fundraising, promotion and use of the Project Underdog Rescue logos must cease immediately.
